ALL County roads are under the jurisdiction of Rock County.  Decisions for sign placement and or additions are made by Rock County DPW, not the Town of Fulton.  Should you have a complaint about any happenings on a County Road (i.e. a stop sign on County F) please reach of to Rock County Department of Public Works.
