The Town has received one application for a conditional use permit (CUP) pursuant to Ordinance 425-3-3, of Fulton Township from John Kinnett.

For parcel 6-6-9.1, tax ID 012 00301, a 4.46 acre parcel, SW ¼ of SE ¼ of section 1, (parcel next to 809/811 E Mallwood Dr., Edgerton, WI)  John Kinnett is requesting a CUP for the operation of Newville Garage Condominiums, multi unit, single use storage units, with sewer and water capabilities.  A total of (6) individual storage unit buildings is proposed to be built.

This matter will be considered by the Town of Fulton Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 @ 6:00 p.m.
