MULTI-MUNICIPALITY JOINT MEETING

At the above date, time and location there will be a joint meeting of the Town Boards of the Towns of Albion, Porter, Sumner, Milton, Johnstown, Fulton, Harmony and Lima and the Common Councils of the Cities of Edgerton and Milton, and the Commission of the Edgerton Fire Protection District.

1. Open meeting by Chair Attorney Mark Schroeder.
2. Following actions by each Town Board, Common Council and the Commission:
a. Call to order
b. Roll call of members
c. Confirmation of appropriate meeting notice
d. Approval of the Agenda
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Discussion and possible action by the Commission of the Edgerton Fire Protection District on resolution regarding proposed amended Fire Protection Agreement entitled Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services Agreement Edgerton Fire Protection District.
5. Discussion and possible action by Town Boards of the Towns of Albion, Porter, Sumner and Fulton and Common Council of the City of Edgerton on resolution approving proposed Amended Fire Protection Agreement Edgerton Fire Protection District entitled Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services Agreement Edgerton Fire Protection District.
6. Discussion and possible action by Town Boards of the Towns of Albion, Porter, Sumner and Fulton and the Common Council of the City of Edgerton on resolution granting authorization to sign Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services Agreement Edgerton Fire Protection District.
7. Discussion and possible action by the Town Boards of the Towns of Milton, Harmony, Lima and Johnstown and Common Council of the City of Milton on resolution approving Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services Agreement Edgerton Fire Protection District and granting authorization to sign said Agreement.
8. Adjournment by each Town Board, each Common Council and the Commission.
