PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Fulton Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, December 13 at the Town Hall of the Town of Fulton located at 2738 W Fulton Center Dr., Edgerton, Wisconsin, to consider an amendment to the Town’s Comprehensive Plan.  An 18-acre parcel at 10248 N County Road F is currently designated as “Commercial” in the Town’s plan, and this amendment would change that designation to “Residential” to enable residential development. The property owner is seeking the development of 15, 1-acre home sites on the land.  A map of the proposed change is available at Town Hall during regular business hours.  Questions regarding the comprehensive plan should be directed to Town Clerk Tara Reilly at 608.868.4103 or fultonclerk@townoffulton.wi.gov.
