NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Plan Commission of the Town of Fulton on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall of the Town of Fulton, located at 2738 W. Fulton Center Drive, Edgerton, Wisconsin to consider an ordinance creating Section 425-3-3D (f) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Fulton regulating keeping of chickens.

A full and complete copy of the proposed ordinance is on file in the Office of the Clerk/Treasurer of the Town of Fulton. All persons, interested parties and their representatives shall be given an opportunity to be heard in relation thereto.
