NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Fulton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00pm on Tuesday, January 10 at the Town Hall of the Town of Fulton located at 2738 W Fulton Center Dr., Edgerton, Wisconsin, to consider a zoning change.

The application of Backyard Properties of Rock County, PO Box 1135, Janesville, WI 53547, for a rezone for Parcel Number: 6-6-77, Tax ID: 012 01908. The property owner is seeking to rezone a 13-acre portion of an 18-acre parcel at 10248 N County Road F from Commercial-Local (C-L) to Residential -Rural Density Small ( R-RS). Approximately 5-acres with frontage along N County Road F will remain zoned for commercial use.

Any person interested and/or affected by this change will be given a chance to express their opinion at this time. The Town Board will hold a joint meeting with the Planning and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 @ 6:00 p.m. Following the recommendation by the Planning & Zoning Committee the Town Board will take action on this request.

This notice will be mailed to property owners within 1000 feet.
